For the first time in 18 years, the company knows where its work time goes.
HRM. HR and operations platform for a whole company, 50+ people.
See the demo01Problem
Employee reviews lived in scattered documents and each one looked different. Outcomes were hard to find later. Team contacts sat in an outdated spreadsheet. For 18 years the company had not measured where work time goes.
Assumptions
- One tool for the whole company, with access by role.
- Row-level security in the database is the access boundary, not the interface alone.
- Data comes through the APIs of tools the team already uses.
- Timesheets should show where time goes and what work really costs.
- The AI assistant answers only from sources, with citations. I measured its quality before rollout.
02What I built
Reviews
Annual and probation reviews in one process, from form to sign-off. Live editing with other people's cursors, DOCX and PDF export.
Goals and 180/360 surveys
Quarterly and yearly goals with settlement and carry-over to the next year. Self-assessment and peer ratings with team and company medians.
Notifications
Once a review is approved, the system passes the outcome on by itself, by email and in the app.
Analytics for the board
Goals by period, survey results per team and company, year-over-year changes, percentiles and a competency radar chart.
Timesheets
Daily time entries tied to a client and a project, with data from the CRM and the project tool. Manager panel, reports, XLSX export and meeting import from the Microsoft 365 calendar.
Slack bot
It reminds people about an empty day and links straight to it. Unlock requests can be approved directly in Slack.
RAG assistant
Questions in Polish about work descriptions, answers with numbered citations. Search combines pgvector with full-text, then reranks. The database enforces access isolation.
Leave and home office
Requests, manager decisions, a team calendar and an HR panel. The module is built and rollout is in progress.
Team and announcements
A contact directory with Slack status instead of a spreadsheet. Announcements with an editor and audience targeting.

04How
I started in February 2025 with one module, the annual review. Each next module shipped on its own, and only once the previous one worked. Goals, surveys, analytics, timesheets, the Slack bot and the RAG assistant came after reviews.
Timesheets have been live since August 2026.
I write code with AI agents in Cursor.
I built the RAG assistant in four days, from 28 June to 1 July 2026. Before rollout I checked it against an evaluation set and with tests for prompt injection and data leaking past permissions.
